Saturday was the first game day of the season!! w00t! It was fantastic! The game wasn't all THAT exciting, but afterwards was.

After the game, Emmy and I met up with Dave and Clay (Dave's room mate). While giving them a ride home, we had long and hilarious talks about "cards" we get from different places (i.e. subway [who sucks because they don't do stamps anymore!]) We took the scenic route around because apparently every road becomes some sort of one way road. Note to self: Game day traffic sucks! Also, black velvet and hot temps do NOT mix well. End Side Note.
Anyway, on the way to taking them to their apartment, we decided to make a stop at zaxby's cuz it was a "good idea." Apparently, everyone else in Athens thought it was a good idea too. So we played a fun round of who's gonna be called next? in order to get our food... that was interesting. Dave seemed to think we were playing bingo ;) except we didn't have letters.... just numbers. Must be the midwestern type of bingo. hehehehe.

Sunday afternoon Dave and I departed for my sister's. On the way, we listened to Dan Cook who seems to be extremely funny. I ALWAYS enjoy listening to comedians. I love to laugh.
At my sister's, we had a cook out. Kat invited some of her work friends. Fun was had by all. Dave and I shared a few "moments" ** ;) santa white-cat-stalks-prey-krieky! **
So all-in-all we had an excellent weekend together, and we enjoyed every second of it even though every second "wasn't long enough." **

News, this just in: Emmy said that she and Clay thought that we look great together. Also, Emmy says that Dave is good to/for me. *blush bright red*

I must say this weekend tops all weekends!
